Our objections to the planning application no.BH2014/02589 for Land South of the Ovingdean Road, Brighton, are the lack of infrastructure, there is already a strain on the existing services, the Falmer Road is already congested there is a parking problem.Just recently after returning from a day out the traffic was queuing back as far as the A27. If there had been an emergencies none of the emergency vehicles would have got through. There are also problems with flooding and you will loose the village community it will be just another urban sprawl. So much wildlife has already been lost, it would be nice if something’s could be left for future generations, there are other areas that could be utilised first. Please do not grant planning permission to this ill thought out project.
