SAVE OUR VILLAGE! Action needed on Land rear of 1-21 Wanderdown Road

An outline planning application has been submitted to Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) for the development of 10 detached houses on the green space and wooded land on the ridge of the hill to the rear of 1-21 Wanderdown Road, Ovingdean. This land is also known as Badgers Walk and Wanderdown Road Open Space. The deadline to object to this planning application the 11th January 2016.

The outline is for 10 houses and access from the Ovingdean Road, the specific details of Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale are reserved for further planning applications.
