Fun & Fit Club

Body Blast is a 30 min energetic class designed to burn the calories and work the whole body in a short “blast” and its fun and effective.We sometimes use dyna bands,hula hoops and skipping ropes to aid our workout.
Fitness Pilates is a 60 min .more gentle class and will strengthen your core muscles, make your back strong, lengthen all tight muscles around the shoulder,hip and leg area and leave you feeling more balanced in body and mind.
NEW “Men On Mats ” Pilates is coming to Ovingdean on Tuesday 14 January 2014 and is designed for all men of all ages to keep them strong in their core,trunk region and to lengthen any tight muscles in the whole body.
This will  be a 6 week course to start with paid up front.
