Meadow Vale planning appeal for 85 dwellings

The modified planning application from Lightwood for 85 dwellings was rejected in January 2015, but now they have lodged a planning appeal.

This means we need to take action yet again!

What we need

We are asking you to write, or post your comments on the website, or email to the Government Planning Inspector holding the “informal hearing” on the appeal.

The letter needs to:

  1. Support the Brighton & Hove City Council (B&HCC) decision to refuse planning permission –see next page, and/or…
  2. Add any extra points of your own (in addition to any you have already submitted)
  3. Make it clear that any objections you had to the original application for 100 dwellings apply equally to the modified application for 85
